Windows 11 hasn't got off to a great start, mainly due to confusion over compatibility and very poor communication from Microsoft.

This video explains a lot of what wrong with Microsoft's confusing messages.

It won't have the Blue screen of death, but a black one

What's that got to do with it?

Considering that my CPU has a soft TPM aka PTT, its amazing that the specs still won't work regardless. I have a based 4.2Ghz CPU

Doesn't really bother me. All my PC's were built 8 to 10 years ago and all are running fine, so I know they will die with the hardware that has

been installed. Since I run W10 on one SSD and Linux Mint and Gentoo LInux on another SSD, I am really not to concerned, about what MS does.

About the only time I run W10, is when I use my printer/scanner and do an update. This post is being written from Google Chrome installed in Gentoo.

There are other ways to run a PC, unless you are a big gamer like Splinter.

I know bugger all about them....still using Windows 8. The missus knows even less than me about them and does nothing but curse every time she switches on her Winows 10 laptop.

I don’t get their grammar. “It’s started with” and “The legend is return???” Was this produced in Turkmenistan?

But I have to say, I loved XP. If the new one is at all similar, I’d welcome it.

Why do you think the promo seems to have been a project of the English As A Second Language class?

It's not a promo, it's a modification of what Windows 11 could look like if modded to look like Windows XP and clearly the modder in question is not native English speaking.

He's probably Russian, as many modders are. To quote his YouTube channel:

This is NOT an actual/real Windows Version, so there is no ISO for this Windows.

Another annoying aspect of windows 11, is that some updates won’t update until you turned off metered connection, a bit annoying, they should just warm like windows 10
