  • @JAN, repeat to yourself: 16,241. It surprises you that minor countries’ leaders adopt tactics that work in the Big League?

The other tactic that has worked like a charm is to deny everything. Al is trying that one on, too.

Ok, so please clarify to who you refer in this post!

I must have misunderstood ur hint!!!

  • such a payaso......

As I said many times, prices are more or less the same, if u look in dollars.....the rise is related to inflation n loss of the peso value!

He try in any way to push the bullshit to other parts.....

Anyone with 101 in any financial stuff would be able to look through....

A kilo ojo de bife was 20 peso by a dollar of 4-5, in 2010.....

Today it's 400 by dollar 80...... exactly the same!!!! (Real term price.....U can use dollars, gold, bananas or whatever u want as reference)

  • Yes that's the way I look at it. However the retail trade do seem to have got into the habit of hiking up prices as and when they want. Something dodgy is going on and it has to be stopped before there's any chance of inflation ever coming down.

    The KitKat theory?

  • UK Man .....the retail chains need to calculate in all the bullshit that government can do, and calculate in the loss in usd etc. I don't think the retailers are to claim!if the meat was same price 10 ago, they haven't raised prices!!! (Real prices, not Muppet show prices).

Why should retailers pay for the financial disaster? It's so much like Venezuela, they expect supermarkets to sell stuff for a loss in the name of socialism!

    • Official Post

I don't have a great deal of sympathy for the retailers as they can after all, offer some pretty hefty discounts. Coto offers wine on some weekends at 40% off and all those 2 for 1 offers.

On the other hand, I don't blame them much either since leaders love to use supermarkets as scapegoats for their own mistakes.

  • I just refuse to comment anymore on that idiot and his idiot bullshit talk, together with his idiot people like f.ex. the minister of health!

    Insopatable!

You are completely incapable of keeping that promise, @JAN ! I know, because I’ve tried to restrain myself from commenting on 🤡’s bigger, worse US role model, and I’m incapable too!

The thing is, u say 🤡 is copying T-Hunk.......not true..... he's is dumb idiot and absolutely worthless without any connection to T-Hunk.....that's what I try to explain u!

Alberto the 🤡 would be exactly the same idiot also if the black saint was president of USA!!!

  • The latest accomplishment between a lot.....but this surely more stupid and childish than allowed......:

He refuses to take part in a telephone conference between the South American countries.......reason: Venezuela is not participating!!!!!

Argentina do ANYTHING possible to move closer to Venezuela!!!!

  • since March, I have stopped myself posting the new accomplishments from our Messiah.....because I think nearly all read the news themselves.....so it would be several post per day with negative bias about his accomplishmentss F. ex. The last one, pardoning around a billion from the camineros, partners in crime.....

But one that caught my attention, because I already mentioned this in another thread....when a country without reason suddenly want to limit the legal guns, (forget America for a moment please)......it's one of the most obvious signs of a totalitarian system, (beside the 3 months quarantine and and and)......

Our 🤡 is now intensifying the conversation with an organization that wanna fight legal gun possession.

Again, please exclude USA as comparison.

In Argentina u have a HUGE illegal gun ownership, and basically all of those guns are to blame for robberies, killings etc. ,(Exept the usual police officers that go crazy or whatever.) But the registered gun owners are in general not involved in any of the incidents or with a minimal participation.

Guess would be a single digit percentage.....

But, with a well put populist idea, u could get the idea the country would have less violence and motochorros if it would limit the legal gun possession.

Here the link to the government publication.....

  • Let's see the real, deep thought of our current president. Really dismaying.

It seems he wrote a book whose title is "Contengo Multitudes! ( I support multitudes) and he make this obnoxious statement:

"Veo la necesidad de una sociedad mas pobre, y mas primitiva, pero mas igualitaria"

(I see the need of a more poor society, and perhaps more primitive, but more equalitarian)

I never imagined that a person who is living in this century can prefer a poor society and a primtive society. The worst is that this type of thingking is supported by a lot of my countrymen. And also, I sadly must recognize, that some part of the Catholic Church support this especially after the II Vatican Council.

I do not agree with the Max Weber thesis, but sometimes it seems that he was right.

We need more education and work ethics for the poor. Less lazyness and more fortitude. After all, fortitude and temperance are two of the four cardinal virtues, according with St Tomas Aquinas.

No good future seems possible to this country. You expats may think to leave as soon as possible.

    I cannot do this.
