Why is it that Jonathan Pie and other comics are so able to pull the cover off of what is really happening, but so many people either refuse to see the situation as it actually is, or see it and are too cowed to call it?

When I heard the president of the United States of America praising a crazed dictator who kills his own people and murders his own relatives, an "honorable man" whom he trusts --TRUSTS!!! --. I fully accepted that we truly have gone to hell in a handbasket.

When times become difficult again, and the US needs allies to count on (say, to stop China from expansion?), will any of the president's enablers regret that we have let him systematically alienate every single ally, while embracing Russia and North Korea? Once it is too late, will the people of the USA wake up and rue what they have done? Or will they take the cue from their Dear Leader, and blame someone else? Either way, it will be too late.

Will Truth, Integrity and Honor ever again be cherished American values, or are they forever lost? Has the USA forgotten that, at the end of the day, the country with the most friends is the winner?

Among my countrymen, some of them praises Trump´s government policies because they say that in the USA employment has improved and economy is running in the right way. I heard this several times. Also they argue that in the last 25 years the US collaborated with the defense of Europe even if the reason to do that, (the Cold war) was over from the year 1989. And the European Union spared a lot of money in their defense.

I do not know if they are right or no.
