There was definitely hope in 2015 when Macri came to power, but now he's handed the asylum back to the lunatics.

It really is depressing. The feeling of a completely missed opportunity that won’t soon come again.

Funnily enough my wife made a strange comment today. She said we were better off under the reign of Queen Botox than we were under Macri. I said that was because Macri tried to do things the proper way which would eventually get the economy back on track. Not realising he didn't have enough time to do it was his big mistake.
Now we're back to square one again.

its much more depression than that......think about this: if 🤡 fails and would need to retreat to somewhere.......who would be the follower????? That's scary!!!!! Btw I'm not talking bout if Alberto fail, I'm talking about if the whole team fails including the queen!!!!!then u have serious shtf here.....
Don't think its gonna happen, but it's a possibility!!!!!
If Macri would have failed, left in helicopter, the peronchos would be taking over quick, all starts over again.......but if the peronchos fail and manage to annoy the population that much, that the need to go........it would be hell in earth here!!!!
So seriously, better that it don't come that far!!!!!

When the time comes the UK or Europe ain't too bad a place to fall back on if it gets too tough here.
I feel sorry for those who have no other option but to stay here. Having said that the locals aren't exactly on thier uppers from what I see.

Not being awfully conversant in British English Language, I don’t know what “on their uppers” means. ‘So lain, please, UK Man ?
Origin: In this expression, worn-out shoes are taken as an indication of someone's poverty; the upper is the part of a shoe above the sole, which is all that is left after the sole has been worn away.

There’s just SO MUCH about your foreign language for an English speaker to learn!

Hahaha just to funny!
And the queen have a declared net worth even lower.....guess we were all wrong the about how stealing!!!! At least her daughter had money stashed away....around 100 times more!!!
They two of them really need some investment planning otherwise they could get a nasty surprise at retirement age!!! Hahaha

Should we post people on street corners, collecting coins to build their retirement funds?
It will be interesting to see what they both declare their net worth in 4 years' time. Probably even lower, eh?

I guess he's using the Unicorn Dollar conversion rate to get down to that figure in USD!

So, just out of curiosity, I googled "Cristina Fernandez net worth" and according to Celebrity Net Worth it is 115 millions of USD.
Alberto is not even listed, though. I guess he is no celebrity

She is obviously a hard-working overachiever, to have amassed such a fortune from the legal work she has done with her (very) lately acquired law degree.

One of their hotels, the Hotesur in El Calafate, has been investigated for failing to pay taxes. Cristina has been accused of operating "ghost hotels" used to launder money. No official wrongdoing has ever been discovered by investigators.
See this is what annoys me most about this country. We read that and all the other dodgy things she's reputed to have done yet years later sod all has happened apart from her becoming Vice President.
Now I can't stand the woman nor all her hangers on but it does make you wonder what the hell is going on...if guilty then get on with it and prove it!!
Let's face it it's not just her. Every street in every neighbourhood in Argentina has at least one person who is supposed to be up to no good.....this forum probably has one as well!!

Hey! Watch it, @JAN - I highly resemble that remark!

If ever acquired. It hasn’t been yet ascertained she did complete her law studies.
Maybe she found more attractive (and certainly lucrative) to be on the other side 😬Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
