Not only are inexperienced youngsters killing themselves in these buggys but they're almost running people over on the dunes whilst sunbathing. Many areas such as private beaches have no restrictions and whilst I loathe the nanny state, it may take someone to be fatally hit by one of these ATVs for things to change.

These kind of vehicles are dangerous either for the driver or for the people whois walking near them. Must be prohibited.

OPnly show the lavishness of some fathers who wish to appear great to their children.

I hate that ATV's have invaded the beaches of Argentina. They symbolize thoughtlessness of other people and carelessness of the environment.
