140 wines, you pick and pay by the glass.

How does it work? You buy a Vico card upon arrival and load it up --let's call it a SUBE for wines!

Then you move from refrigerated cellar to cellar (different price range) and choose the wine to taste, pick a glass and then select your glass size between degustación (35ml), media copa (75 ml) & copa (150 ml).

Prices from 50 ARS the glass (Jan 2018)

How have we missed this place? Looks like a relaxing spot to try some new wines with friends.

There is a similar place in New Orleans, called WINO (Wine Institute of New Orleans), where people gather after work. We still have the "SUBE card for wine." (Great description, serafina !)

It looks like it opened in late November and word has been spreading out just now.

Do you think there is a way to hack their top-up card?:rolleyes:

Maybe take it to a kiosco that tops off SUBE cards and see if you can get a fill-up for 100 pesos?

If there's a way, serafina , you're the one to find it. Your computer student is here with me, and he says when you figure that out, he's ready to go!

When I was at the university, one friend studying IT engineering found a way to hack into the little keys fr to the vending machines and we got unlimited crappy food! =O

Too bad I was too dumb to understand how he made it!
