I should get the patience to make mushroom in oil and stock them for the whole year. Unfortunately I don't have that much storage space.

if you check in the page their is a lot of supermarkets or stores where they sell them. Should be at east one where you could ask for that amount. We didnt order lots but was for a ctering company.
i will check around where i live and if i find some i will let you guys know!
