Yesterday I was out and about with my husband and we came across Churrería Olleros (Olleros 4169, just next the the Chacarita cemetery). I am not a big fan on churros and they are usually so hard to digest because they are not fried correctly. However the churros from this place are something heavenly. They make classic, filled with dulce de leche, filled with DDL and covered in chocolate, and filled with crema pastelera, which I had never seen and were my faves.

They also make bolas de frailes, pastelitos, torta frita and donuts (though I didn't see them when I was there).

Apparently this place is quite famous among the insiders. It was pretty regular from the outside. The price is also cheap compared to panaderías where they usually sell stale churros. There is no seating, it is take away only.
