    Last night I started watching David Lean's Lawrence Of Arabia (1962), a film I watched many many years ago as a youngster. What immediately struck me is the cinematography of the desert scenes, which is truly stunning. It has its historical inaccuracies, but as an epic film, it's almost beyond compare.
