    I had great empanadas in the Salta region, home made by an elder lady in her kitchen. I could have stayed there chunking empanadas all day. Never have I ever tasted empanadas so good in my life.

    There are few places that sell fried empanadas in Capital, and most of the time they are just too heavy to digest. Some pizza places also serve friend empanadas, but from what I have seen they sit on display for a few hours, so they must be heavy as a rock!

    when we buy they are fried to order. Fried ones that lie on the shelves are pretty disgusting.
