    Your chicken and mushroom empanadas sound really good, UK Man. I'm going to try my hand at those. As for the 70 ps/litre Toro Clasico, never heard of it, but I'd be game to try it. Is it sold in all the usual haunts, or do you have to have a secret password at a speakeasy to get it?!


    The winemaking articles were informative, if unappetizing, GlasgowJohn. I guess egg white doesn't sound any worse than clay particles or fish bladder. Maybe wine making resembles sausage making: better not to know.
