From my point of view, it does not matter if she wants to escape to any country in Europe, the real matter is that she is willing to escape and this should be stopped.

    The money?

China, Venezuela, Cuba, Vatican (this place no one will look for, for sure).

Does it matter where the money is? The money is abroad somewhere, available for her or someone else who might support her to get it.

Many trips have been made by Kirchnerismo to Itali, China, and abroad with committees made of around 20 members.
    US$ 10.000 each
    30 people

    20 trips
    US$ 6.000.000,0

Of course, much more they the money they amassed during the mandates and other millions they left in Tax havens where it had been discovered that Cristina made stopovers with her private plane when she went to China, Cuba, etc.

Cristina and her family did not look for Cuba, Venezuela, or China because to be honest, those countries are not Europe.

Hello everyone here, let me provide you with some insight about your gun's comments.

In Argentina, it is legal to use guns, under these below to concepts:
1.- Certificate of use of weapons: Have registration to buy weapons within the jurisdiction of the property of your house.

2.- Carrying a gun: Having weapons to circulate in the streets.

Unfortunately, murderers have more rights than good people, for instance, a family father protecting his family members.

You may have the license to use a weapon (point number one above) but with the only chance to use it within your house property boundaries. However, this is not aligned with local law regulations. To provide you an example of this, you have a license to use a weapon within the perimeter of your house, but when a thief comes to rob you with a gun and get to your house, adding to this scenario that your family members are in front of this situation. If you then chase the robber out of your house and shoot him, the person who is robbed goes directly to jail.

Many times it happens that this thief entered to rob your property with a huge weapon that was a replica of the original weapon. After he robbed you, you run him out of your house and shoot him, the judicial laws created by Judge Raul Zafaroni defend the thieves, robbers/attackers. This law changed the roles of the robber and robbed. To explain this with another example, if the thief had a toy weapon and the homeowner used a real gun, this is called by the law that the defender applied excessive defense force. This puts him in prison. On the other hand, if you do not go to prison for that 5% of the law that supported you, the thief's family and friends for sure will try to kill you or your family soon or later because they already know where you live. The Law in this case does not prevent or protect you.

Laws created by the justice system of Kirchnerism, by Judge Raul Zaffaroni himself. This law says that the victims have a main need to survive and the mistreatment of children in an environment of drugs, abusive parents, etc. they makes the little ones suffer, and by the absence of the state they become criminals. This vision makes the perpetrators (the murderers) become victims in Argentine law. This is what Macrismo never changed during its 4 years, and this law is about 12 years old today.

I remind you that Zaffaroni, after having 3 famous brothels in Argentina, Pope Francis took him to the Vatican to perform legal duties. Crazy things that have no explanation at all, no matter from which point of view you look for answers.

That is to say that one can have a record of using a weapon, but it is very delicate to use it because, in 95% of how you use it, the Argentine justice system sends you to jail.

The other option is to carry a weapon on public roads. That is, not only use the weapon in your house for defense, but you can use it on the street.

In both cases, to obtain these records they have to follow a very rigorous process and obtain the use of the weapon. But, what is the use of having a weapon if later justice comes and puts you in jail?

The entire justice law must be reformulated in Argentina.

Where do the weapons come from?

The weapons that common people can have are used for animal hunting, this use is legal and easy to support through a license process. This is the reason why many people have shotguns instead of revolvers or handguns. The thieves use weapons stolen from the police, black market, which of course is extensive. Many of these guns don't work and this is why many robbed people don't die because the gun being used doesn't fire the bullet on the trigger. They are old or in poor condition.

The current Kirchnerism government controls the Central Bank and all its operations.

This state body should be completely independent, but Kirchnerism and its cancer metastasized throughout the means of execution and control of the state.

There is no way that something can be done through Congress or the Senate, the operations of the Central Bank do not need to be approved in these state entities, so there is nothing CAMBIEMOS can do.

The opposition parties HAVE NO IDEA of what Kirchnerism discussed and approved with the IMF. The same thing happened with the bilateral treaties between Argentina and China, they are agreements where the opposition does not come into play. Ought? I'm sure it will, and even more so when there is less than a year to go before what is expected to be a change of government.

The IMF has already approved and is going to transfer US$7.5 billion to Argentina into the hands of Kirchnerism. Do you know where it goes for all that? They should already imagine it.

All the trials against the Kirchnerista state work very slowly since there are many Thursdays and prosecutors who control these entities. When a trial is generated, depending on where the incident occurred, the case could fall into the hands of a prosecutor from any opposition party or from Kirchnerism.

Remember the murder of prosecutor Nisman, nothing has come of it and it is well known that it was a murder that came from Cristina Kircher. All the evidence that was going to be presented directly incriminated Cristina.

These judges could be presented to the cameras after another match wins and takes control on December 10th.

    Latest NEWS --> INTERESTING

Operation Vienna, there is a Plan for Cristina Kirchner to remain in exile in Europe. Alicia Kirchner processed the papers in Austria so that Cristina and her family could flee the country without being detained and seek asylum as politically persecuted.

Information has leaked in the San Martin palace, that Alicia Kirchner traveled to Europe, Austria a couple of weeks ago for vacation. Reality could not be hidden with the palm of the hand and it came out that she was not on vacation. The plan is that Alicia is processing with political parties of the Left of Austria, to invite Cristina Kirchner to some events so that she can hold some conventions and events.

This would be an excuse because the real purpose of this trip would be to request political asylum in Vienna with the excuse of being a politically persecuted person in Argentina. If the Argentine judges do not authorize these actions against Cristina, Maximo, and Florencia Kirchner, could at least remain in the Austrian embassy in Argentine territory. It is planned that this permanence could be carried out for the necessary time until, by means of a diplomatic car, these people could be taken from the Austrian embassy in Argentina to the Ezeiza airport to travel to Vienna. This is planned to be done prior to December/10 when a new political party takes control of the government.

This is what Macri did not do correctly against Cristina when he took the president role back in 2015.

Macri should have had everything necessary to put Cristina in jail, but he didn't. Macri had many favors to exchange with Cristina on behalf of Macri's father.
Milei is not Macri and Cristina will lose her diplomatic immunity as vice president shortly.

Larreta has betrayed his own members of Cambiemos prior to the PASO voting. Patricia Bullrich and Larreta, both from Cambiemos, competed in the PASO for the presidency of their party. Patricia Bullrich presented Luis Juez as a candidate for the Governor of the province of Cordoba. Prior to the PASO, Larreta mentioned in the media that Cambiemos could join Peronism in Córdoba and this statement was not aligned with the same Cambiemos members. It directly harmed Luis Juez and he lost the government candidacy in the PASO.

Larreta is a weirdo. Luckily he lost the presidency against Patricia Bullrich.

Nothing about Larreta surprises me, those who already know they have everything to lose, do anything to move the political chessboard, even politicians from their own political party.

The state workers belong to a union, a union for transporting trucks, trains, and planes, each one has a union leader. Trade, tourism, education, health, and energy unions, all have a unionist behind them who supposedly gives power and defends their employees under their payroll. These trade unionists have been created by Perón and Kirchnerism has created and assigned others during their mandates. All this confirms a scheme to continue keeping officials faithful to Peronism that has been functional for the state.

Each one of these unions has increased its payroll by up to 250% in recent years and generates a deficit.

Firing and reducing the payroll of these officials is very simple to do. What is going to be difficult is to eliminate the head of the serpent, who are the trade unionists. These are the ones who define the actions every day and block airports with their union employees, block routes and hold demonstrations. All this is what Kirchnerism does not want to lose. Trade unionists must be eliminated and the state can give correct support to these employees.

"The absence of a state is what causes a trade unionist to take power."

No Argentine government after Peron has eliminated the power of the trade unionists. They have always acquired more power.

Milei has mentioned that what she is going to do is teach people to weigh instead of giving them the fish in hand. Therefore, a strong educational job will have to be done to a whole group of people who will be released from public office, so that they can be located elsewhere, both within the state or with agreements of public companies. Either of these two transitions is going to present a high rejection of the people and of course, politicians who do not want to lose their current power.

Prior to Perón, the English had created the railway lines of Argentina, and created trains in their entirety, all of them beautiful. Then Peron came to power and created the tram union and fattened the salary of this union so much that the English did not like it. The English had already lost control of the decisions to improve the trams, which at that time reached all the provinces of the country. The train then began to generate so much loss of money that the entire system deteriorated. Then the English withdrew and left the entirety of the train to the national state. Then Peron created the trucker's union and gave more power to the trucks than to the train. The train in the following years deteriorated and the provinces moved the agriculture and serials by truck instead of trains.

    serafina

As Serafina mentioned in her published article, many public employees in the judicial entities have been assigned by Kirchnerism. As I mentioned, in one real work position there might be three or four employees assigned to that role, who take turns to work in the offices because not all of them fit on them. All this amount of employees has to be cut some who.

The journalists asked him why they vandalized and robbed technology places or non-food items and this "piqueteros" leader said that all those other items are sold in the market to get money. I think Kakas' time gets to its end, however, being in the opposition, they will continue to block roads, and streets, throw stones at demonstrations, and block the trains, subways, and cars of people who tend to go to work every morning.

Purging public employees who do nothing more than generate a deficit for the state is going to be very complicated.

This week there are problems in Cambiemos because Macri is aligned with Milei and Cambiemos expresses his displeasure with Macri with comments.

This way, things never get better.

Hi serafina thank you for your comments. Although my English level requires improvement in some unfamiliar areas, like Information Technology (IT), I try my best to provide insight. Even in IT, when I start working with new IT Teams, I always try to explain or communicate IT topic knowledge from their basic levels. This way you level up all people on the new team's knowledge without leaving any team member lost in the learning pathway. :)

Before providing you with an answer, I would like to start with this:

---> There is a high level of inflation in Argentina, which is around 8%/month. This means that your salary vanishes from your hands if you keep it in pesos.
---> Common people that work every day in a private entity try to do something to protect their incomes so we exchange our pesos into a strong currency.

---> Kirchnerismo always created this Dollar locker because they have not been intelligent enough to link Argentina with the world to make business export our product when the world was needing them.
----> What does generate Inflation in Argentina? Well, printing money is one of the reasons. Why does the government print money for? Many many reasons to pay for:

    - people's plan12 plans allow low people to get free money).
    - Many public ministries were opened and others existed increased their capacity to over 250% of new employees. I had a friend who never liked working and he joined a Kirchnerism group. In the beginning, the offices were full of new tables and chairs in the hallways of the building. As a second stage, many of these new employees were told to stay at home and work just 4 days a month to allow others to go to the office. For the rest of the month's days, these lazy workers of the state were told to apply to many populism activities linked to the Kirchnerism party and the CAMPORA party. (Reade please the relationship between Peron and Campora, rear what happened when Peron return from Spain when he was not taking the role of president at that moment). Kristina NEVER linked Peron, she was CAMPORISTA. But Nestor and Cristina knew that the mass of people who followed Peron was what would keep them in power.
    - So, printing new money to spend on the expansion of public entities, Aerolineas Argentina, etc., etc. was what brought a high deficit. "For these public entities, it does not matter if a project is done badly, it will be done again and the number of times until it goes well. Anyway, it's not our money, it's the people's".

    Peron & Campora:
    https://www.infobae.com/sociedad/2021/…en-el-gobierno/

    - None of the previous politic parties, including Cambiemos, place Cristina in precision. However, in the LATAM, many ex-corrupted presidents who worked with Cristina went to prison.
    - Where is all that money robbed by Kirchnerism? Nobody knows except some few cars placed in the public service.

    ==============================================================

    Now, going to your questions.
    ==============================================================

    - why poor people keep voting the Ks, who are millionaires?
Kirchnerism politics are rich and the people that follow them are following dreams, expectations, and lies year after year. But everything always has a end, and I think that these votes will come to an end.

Maximo Kircher has more than 5 million dollars, of course, he does. He undoubtedly has money abroad, Cuba, Venezuela, China, I don't know if in the Vatican, in underground caves. Maximo did not finish high school and is a millionaire not only in pesos but in dollars. What an example it is for those who break their backs working, people who take 5 transports to go to work round trip.

If Kirchnerism feeds dirty money to only 5,000 faithful political leaders and at the same time to another 1,000 in poverty and humble areas, the great club of Polbacio is a lot.

You said it, iPhones, Recoleta helicopters, private plates from BsAs to Santa Cruz to bring the newspapers only. There was a legal case with this and ends in nothing.

I have no answers to the last statement of your first question about why people follow the Kirchnerists. However, if you comment on any of this to a Kirchnerista, he will totally deny it.

This is a case that a group of psychologists could seriously address because it is an interesting topic that we all want to understand. I think that a series on Netflix, a Documentary would have a lot of impact.

HOW MANY TIMES OUT POLITICAL LEADERS TELL US THEY WILL DO SOMETHING AND IN THE END, THEY DO NOT RESOLVE THE STRUCTURAL PROBLEMS?

I voted for Macri the last two times, when he won in 2015 and when he lost after his term when Cristina won. Now I see the entire opposition arc of Cambiemos fighting, 4 wanted to be president, they have many egos, they discussed on TV, nobody of them wanted to leave their posts and that is the reason why the last internal votes were called, in which people read these actions of the candidates. Moreover, society says "They always keep doing the same things, they always pay attention to their things and they don't pay attention to people's problems".

On the other hand, this might be the reason why Milei had the result he had. He was the only one who presented his plan to the people, WHAT to do, and the most important topic, the HOW to do it. Patricia Bullrich presented the plan to the IMF this past Friday, but she never presented it or spoke respectfully with the society.

Society is tending to vote for new ideas/things because they are tired of the same figures that have been going through over the last 40 years of democracy where all used to say WHAT do to but never the HOW.

So now a misaligned madman comes, who screams but has new ideas, and the entire opposition arch fires at him with heavy artillery. I don't know if he's going to be the Messiah or if he's going to continue destroying things, but this is what happens in Argentina.

What I wonder about the political party of Cambiameos is, why instead of throwing garbage at the opposition, does it present its plan, say what it is going to do and HOW it is going to do it? They all say they are going to do it, but one said HOW he is going to do it.

Let's keep in mind that from now until the day of the presidential voting (22/November), anything with a high impact will be said.

    - Going to your second question:

The Peronist people were aligned 100% with Nestor and Cristina Kirchner, over the first mandate, This is because the Kirchners were using the name of Peron and Evita to make power greater. But in reality, the CAMPORA is what they support and the uselessness of their entire Kirchnerista group, I don't know if they know, and the only thing that matters to them is money. Graboi is another Kirchnerist candidate who lost in the internal elections by approximately 2%. He was saying that a poor person is the one who has to be the next president. Kirchnerism is saying on TV that "the next president has to be a Kircherista because otherwise there will be a social disaster."

Peronism, when it was in opposition, ALWAYS took to the streets to break everything, when I mean everything, that's all, throwing pieces in demonstrations, killing people, and blaming the little police officer on duty. That is why this change is going to be difficult. All the Kirchneristas who ate from the state and are now clinging to their public posts are going to create a lot of disorder.

I remind you that the same Peronist party put Nestor Kircher in power in 1999/2000. They brought it from the Province of Santa Cruz to the nation. He brought all his henchmen with whom he did dirty business in his province. But over the years in his mandate with Cristina, they created their own politic party "Kirchnerism", in which this idea was 100% aligned with the ideas of the CAMPORA, of which Peron never approved.

Nestor y Cristina got society's attention because they gave them free money-free lands, expropriated lands to give to the poor, then encouraged them to have more children, so the more children they have, the more money they received, etc.

Of course, all this has to be paid from somewhere, well, this is the reason why companies and employees have been paying high tax increases. Argentine's TAXEs are used to support this Kirchnerism structure instead of giving what society needs. Education and Hospitals are free but these service levels are going down because the money the government assigns to these entities is stolen in a middle way. Kirchnerismo and the CAMPORA followers are managing ALL these political money boxes. This is something Milei would like to change.

Kirchnerismo received a lot of ideas and support from Cuba, Venezuela, Brazil, Nicaragua, and Peru. All Argentinean politic behaviors have come from Venezuela mainly. So, if the origin of the ideas have not gotten successful result, why is it expected to have good result in Argentina?

I would like to add that there are many Kirchnerists and Peronists living abroad enjoying the dollars that have been stolen. They have bought apartments, and cars and live in luxury or without working with the effort of what they stole from people in Argentina. These people don't usually have studies, they paid to have a falsified title and when you ask them to explain something to you, they don't know how or what to say, the only thing they say is the kind of slogan, "everything is done to help poor people who had nothing."

They always created slaves of the people, instead of teaching them to think or to earn money for themselves.

Toyota tried to make an agreement with Kircher State 2 years ago, giving work to low-income people. Kirchnerismo sent a group of many people to the car construction plant and a month after they worked Toyota complained to the government. People missed work every day or arrived late, they were drunk after their first salary. They did not know how to read and write. Finally, Toyota does not advance with this plan with the Government.

It is impossible to get someone addicted to alcohol or cocaine out if instead of inviting them to therapy sessions, you invite them to late-night parties where they have all those visits available.

It is impossible to get someone addicted to alcohol or cocaine out if instead of inviting them to therapy sessions, you invite them to late-night parties where they have all those visions available.

To conclude my notes and answers to your questions, not only poor people have been involved in this political corruption matrix. Many politicians from all political parties live in luxurious places like gated communities with artificial lakes, universities, and private malls inside with no need to leave these places at all. They have a very luxurious life and it is not because they work a lot, but because they have handouts or political arrangements with the state. This is how Kirchnerism works and what Cambiemos was when they were in power. Many of these politic, including the Cambiemos party mentioned they have a house inside these countries and an apartment in the city to live during the work week.

Do you think that a person with this standard of living is going to stop voting for the political party that led them to that life?

Is this politic going to delegate a law that goes in the wrong direction that will stop their personal benefit or business?
So there are educated people and uneducated people who vote for Kirchnerism.

I wonder WHY people who support Kirchnerism live abroad.

Many would answer that they are politically persecuted and with this simple answer, they get the right to get away from the problem they are part of.

If they were politically persecuted then they should face a legal case and prove otherwise to stay in the country.

Hope this might help a little more to your better understanding of what is going on in Argentina in this pre-presidential elections.

To close to these lines, Patricia Bullrich mentioned 3 weeks ago that if she won the presidency, she would remove the dollar exchange blockade, making it easier for all Argentines to buy dollars. This is total madness, the fiscal funds of the Argentine state would evaporate in a week. Now they don't even mention it and it is not known what Cambiemos presented as a project plan to the IMF last Friday.

Everything is a joke in political terms in Argentina. In between, there are millions of people who really look for things to be solved, rather with old politic groups or new ones.

This implemented economic strategy is discouraging, that's right.

What a professional with a salary does is buy the largest amount of Blue or MEP dollars so that the pesos do not deteriorate month by month.

Thank you for your comments and questions.

Hello Rice, I like your questions :) tks

Kirchnerism has generated a systematic plan to generate poverty ever. They always wanted people to depend on the money from the state. They have never given poor people the opportunity to get an education, help them find work, create businesses, etc. Kirchnerism generated laws with which they gave more money to people who had children, as many children you have, as much money you receive. Poor families come to have 9 children with the sole objective of receiving more money. This was fulfilled with the printing of banknotes.

It will not be easy to change what was created over the years.

    Going to your questions:

    - The Central Bank is not the problem here, the problem is the functions assigned to the Central Bank.

    - Javier Milei has already presented his economic plan in the media. It is not going to eliminate the Central Bank, but it is going to limit its functions because what they do today is nothing more than obstacles so that a country can grow.

    - The operation with the difference of the official blue rate that you mention is very common to do and many people do it this way to generate extra help at the end of the month.

However, this is a perverse scheme to control people about what they can do to survive. Today the exchange gap is very high, due to economic problems in the market, but it does not always have this great gap that allows this business to be done. By the way, it does not leave you a big difference, and let me tell you the reason why.

==> When you buy US$ 200 US at the Bank, the rate is not $AR 366, the government charges you a Tax fee of 45% to that exchange rate, so the real rate comes to $530. This percentage figure es increase eventually over time by the Central Bank to reduce the chances to do what is called "the curl/the return". This way, the few difference at the end, does not help.

For instance, in July (below image) the difference rate between Blue and Official was $AR 522 and $278, respectively. $278 becomes $AR 403 applying the "Country Fee" of 45%.

This narrow window to do the curl is a perverse, controlling, and manipulative system generated by Kirchnerism.

    - Why do people need to be controlled this way?

    - What would a professional earning AR$400,000/month do to protect his principal from inflation? Would you leave it in pesos or buy dollars? If you buy dollars, what exchange rate would you use (Bank only)? If you buy the US$ 200 through Bank, you are not allowed by IRS/AFIP to get Dollar MEP (another useful option).

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well.

Before the end of the work week, I would like to bring you the information related to the WHO, WHY, and HOW of the Blue Dollar.

Dollar blue is bought/sold in informal exchange houses that are usually called cave “cuevas” in Spanish. They are called this way because they are usually hidden from state controls.

Prior to starting the explanation, let's define who are the mediators/entities involved in this process:

1.- Wholesale Market Operators (WMO): this is a person who works in a private banking institution one of the 12 national and international financial banks in Argentina, such as Citibank, HSBC, ICBC, ITAU, Santander, MACRO, Galicia, and others. This person is a Subject Matter Expert in finance and knows all types of contacts and financial circuits perfectly. It is worth mentioning that Banco MACRO, a local bank in Argentina, is the one that carries out almost all government operations since they have money laundering interests and are carried out through this means. WMO handles large volumes of money within individual transactions of over USD 1 million.

2.- Retail Market Operators (RMO): These people work with the same financial institutions as wholesale operators but move volumes of money below one million dollars. These operators work the transactions linked to the caves (Cuevas).

Retail and wholesale operators have their private and not clean operations made by the understanding of the same bank representatives; remember they work in the same Bank’s money table.

3.- Cave’s operations administrator: a person who manages the purchase of Dollar Blue in the cave and has direct interaction with the RMO.

4.- Client of the Caves: any ordinary person interested in buying/selling dollars.

    # HOW to buy Blue Dollars

    A. Assumptions

As a real fact, today, Aug/18/2023, the National Central Bank defines the exchange rates for the 12 dollar exchange rates at the time of the opening of the trading day, defining here the reference value for the Buy/Sell of the blue dollar as well. Today the stock market opened with the following values Buy/Sell - $AR 750/$AR 760.

    ===============================================================

    Note:

Reference Value Buy = is the value that the Bank/cave uses to BUY currency.

Reference value Sell = is the value that the Bank/cave uses to SELL currencies.

The Bank uses this value informally by the RMO & WMO. This value is never used by the attendee at the front desk.

When a customer wants to buy dollars, for example using $AR 10,000.0, the Bank always works with the "Sale" value, since these entities are going to Sell the bill, and this value is always higher than the "Buy" value.

    ===============================================================

    B. Process

If a Client wants to buy dollars in a cave, the client contacts a cave administrator of one of the many caves to tell him/her that he wants to buy a number of dollars, for instance, usd 400. The cave administrator contacts the RMO and asks him if he has an availability of dollars and asks for the current exchange rate. The RMO answered with a yes and informed for instance the value of $AR 655. The cave administrator increases the % to that exchange rate to get his own profit, and he communicates to the client the final value. If the client is interested, progress is made in the operation.

(In general, the Cave Administrators increase the exchange rate by between 1 and 5 points).

The cave administrator continues his trading day with other clients and at the end of the trading day, he will see all the retail operators with whom he worked to exchange the values agreed on the day.

The Cave Administrator delivers the money to his clients at some point in the day. The Client can buy dollars with Argentine pesos or sell dollars to obtain Argentine pesos.

    # HOW is that the Blue Dollar exchange rate goes up and down

Small, medium-sized, and large corporations, and the same government, launder their assets through the Blue Dollar.

A.- Companies: Many companies in Argentina lose a lot of money due to inflation, this is why they use this asset purchase/sale mechanism. Companies get dollars through Banks and treasury controls (IRS in the USA / AFIP in Argentina), buying MEP Dollars.

MEP = EPM Electronic Payment Method

This exchange rate is lower than Blue but higher than Official. If companies do not want to be controlled by AFIP/IRS they buy Blue Dollar.

INFLATION is the EVIL of Argentina that generates all this problem, and companies like TECHIN, IBM, ROCHE, Globant, HSBC, etc., etc. ALL, implement this process to recover their investments consumed by inflation.

Let’s provide an example where a company receives the payment of $AR 100,000,000.0 in July for a service that had provided in May (2 months late payment).

In Argentina we are having 7% monthly inflation, although it is not linear, 2 months of inflation means around 12% devaluation of the money that these companies will receive. In other words, the company will receive 100.000.000 but with 12.000.000 lost by inflation, the company has in its hands a value of 88.000.000.

Then, this company with those pesos buys a lot of dollars in the parallel market through the big leagues, that is, with the Securities Banking of the banks.

In Argentina, the Blue Dollar exchange rises up sharply because many companies buy/sell dollars at the same time because of some market trigger. For instance, when Argentina has complications with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in agreeing on whether to renew our loan or not. When an agreed expiration date approaches, if Argentina does not have dollars in its reserves, the entire Private Banking market speculates that there will be no more dollars in the market, so everyone tries to buy the few dollars that are obtained in the market.

To support this example, today it was mentioned in Argentina that the Minister of Economy, Sergio Massa, agreed with the IMF to renew our loan. This caused the domestic market to calm down and the exchange rate values dropped by 15% in one day around.

Another domestic capital asset is called the “Fixed term”. This asset is bought in Argentine Pesos and the owner of this asset provides a Bank an amount of money with interest as a return. Many people buy Blue Dollars after getting frozen their money in the bank for two or three months.

B.- Government: The Government also uses this mechanism to launder money and assets. Buy MEP Dollars through Banco MACRO and then send millionaire transfers to frontmen abroad or even in the country. This is known by everyone who understands a little about this type of operation in Argentina. This is how Cristina laundered thousands of bags full of dollars with her ghost hotels in Patagonia where she said she housed the crew of Argentine airlines and laundered dollars.

Now you know why the exchange rate flies through the skies.

Let's see why it goes down, but not that much.

If the government would decide to make the Blue Dollar exchange rate go down, then the Government itself through the National Central Bank opens Pandora's box (Federal Reserves) and begins to sell huge amounts of dollars to the market through the banks. This massive injection of dollars into the market calms down the demand for the purchase. Argentinean Government does this when it knows help from IMF will arrive.

This unstable, fragile, and vulnerable economic infrastructure was created and maintained by Kirchnerism to steal money.

The IMF has already realized this operation of the Kirchner government and they no longer give us money. Last time and this month of August, they will give us interchangeable documents that are equivalent to money but will only be used to exchange Argentina's debt with China, Russia, with the world. These Kirchnerism politics are unpresentable. They say that private companies are the ones that generate all this problem, but, the problem is generated by the Government manipulating the Central Bank to make it carry out operations that are not proper for the Central Bank. That is why the new candidate for President, Javier Milei, wants to eliminate the Central Bank. The Central Bank was created by Peron in 1943 approx. It was only going to last 30 years but given another use than to steal money and make bad operations, it was never closed. When Argentina was the sixth country in the world ranking back in 1923, we did not have a Central Bank.

    Personal Real facts:

Last 16/August I sell a couple of American Dollars in a cave to get Argentine Pesos. Look at the image I am attaching to you to know where the money comes from, HSBC Bank.

    Kind regards.

    Hello everyone,

I hope U're doing well today.

Let me tell you that I will explain to you the:
    - HOW injects official dollars into this parallel/informal market circuit to sell them at informal value.
    - Is the government involved in this?
    - WHY is this parallel market maintained? If the Kirchner government wanted to eliminate it, it would have been done.
    - HOW is the BLUE DOLLAR exchange rate controlled or got out of control?

I will provide you the below answers some moment later today. I need to finish up some personal matters to get time to provide you with the answers.
Splinter I appreciate you have tried to provide details with the Bloomberg link, but I am afraid that formal communicators might not feel free to say the truth. They try to do it, but they do not provide precise information for logical reasons.

I am providing you with more insight into the history of BLUE DOLLAR (for those Kirchnerism people that say this is not real or whatever that says). BLUE DOLLAR was created in 2002 or 2003 around when the Kirchnerism party got into power as President with Nestor.

    Hello everyone,

I hope you all are awesome.

I would like to provide you with these comments to allow you an understanding of what is going on in Argentina with the "Blue Dollar" exchange among other context situations.

Kirchnerism people are the type of people that deny the obvious/reality. If you are talking to them and corner them with correct answers, providing them with evidence and historical facts, this is what might happen:

    - They start talking to you about anything else outside of what you're talking about. They get nervous and start yelling at you telling you that you are a Capitalist, you work in any Corporation business linked to the USA, etc.

    - They tell you that the companies are to blame. Macri is responsible for what we are today because he went for money to the International Monetary Fund (IMF). However, Nestor/Cristina Kirchner do not like IMF but they asked for money from China, Cuba, Venezuela, or Russia. Over their previous 12 years' mandate (2002, 2014) they negotiated a huge loan from Venezuela for 16% of interest/per year when the international market was shared by around 8%. Do not need where the difference went.

    - They deny what you tell them, with any ridiculous comment.

Kirchnerism has consumed the dollars from the state coffers, during all its years, they have buried dollars in Patagonia, etc. All these cases were closed by corrupt prosecutors placed in power by Kirchnerism. During these last 4 years of Kircherismo, we went from having 1 unique exchange rate to buy American dollars to having approximately 14 exchange rates. If you wanted to go see ColdPlay in a neighboring country and you paid that show with a card, the banks would charge you that expense with the ColdPlay exchange rate + "Country Fee". If you went to Qatar for the football world cup, you had another exchange rate too, if you import products to make bicycles or anything, you have another exchange rate, and the same if you export meat or farm products, and final production. Of course, all these American Dollar exchanges are higher than the Official rate.

    - Exchange American Dollar Rates Links

Throughout Argentina, the blue dollar, ("Dolar Blue" is how is it called in Argentina) exists and everyone buys it as long as they have the margin to do so.

    1. Here is a link where you can see the updated value throughout the day/month. There are many platforms, this is the one I like the most because it updates quickly --> https://dollarhoy.com/
    2. As I mentioned, there are many types of exchange rates listed/updated in the next link: https://www.ambito.com/contenidos/dolar.html

If you are in Argentina, always try to use the "DOLAR BLUE" to exchange your bills, otherwise, you will get a lower amount of Argentine Pesos. You have to do it anywhere on the streets, but I recommend you to do it in trust places where you know to receive real bills. (nor fake money).

Another topic to add to the comment is that some people can buy USD 200 each month in their bank using the official rate, but you have to pay 45% of Government taxes. For instance, If the OFFICIAL exchange rate is $AR 360 = UAS 1, then the exchange rate goes to $AR 522 ($360 * 1.45 = $AR 522). this tax was created by Kirchnerism many years ago to discourage people from buying dollars at the official exchange rate. It is for this reason that the "Dollar Blue" exchange rate was born, which is an informal reference value, unofficial, but recognized by the government and which rises or falls according to demand.

I hope I have helped you a little to understand all these economic problems that Argentina has had since Peron came to the Government. We were 6th in the world ranking in 1920 before Peron, today Kirchnerism and Peronism do not leave us and we are in the 3rd worst country in the world with the highest inflation.

I would like to clarify that Kirchnerism says they are a Populist party, but they have nothing of populism. They generate millions of poor people, and they sell them ideas for improvements giving them easy money, but instead of teaching people in need to fish, they give them the fish in hand. All the assistance plans that they say they have in place are only to provide the money to the political leaders, and the trade unionists, but beyond that, the money does not reach those who need it.

Kirchnerism has been exchanging land with China with the exchange of large pieces of land in Patagonia. Kirchnerism makes contracts that the opposition parties do not know what is being sold in the country. It's crazy what's happening. I went to Tierra del Fuego (Patagonia) a month ago and I saw signs that say "China Government private property".

My most sincere apologies for going so long in my comment.

This past Sunday there were internal elections of the political parties and Kirchnerismo had bad results. On 22/October/2023 there will be Presidential elections. From what is said, the death of Kirchnerism is coming and it is right around the corner.

Kirchnerism is presenting Massa as President of its party. Massa has already been the Minister of Economy of local government for a year now (4 economy ministers have changed in these 4 years). Cristina does not have any other options to keep herself in power behind the scenes.

    Kinds regards.
