    Described now as a shady character, this fellow is happy to take the coin from whomsoever is prepared to pay him. Having previously said that the British government was being too soft on Argentina over the Falklands, he was more than happy to change sides during the conflict and later on accept a Malvinas War Civilian pension from the Arg government of the time.

    Recently he's been delisted from the United Nations Decolonization Committee (Arg delegation) due to his aggression. He now lives in Cordoba apparently.

    Changed the title of the thread from “Alejandro Betts - the turncoat turned turncoat” to “Alejandro Betts - the Falklands turncoat - turned turncoat”.

    What a spineless, pathetic character. The islands are well rid of him, regardless of which side he embraced at any given time. I never understand why people like him don't take their cue from the nazis who slimed their way into other countries after WWII:. They kept a low profile and no one noticed them. This guy, on the other hand, prefers to light himself up with klieg lights.

    Klein lights are hot; they can burn if one insists on being too close.
