No, but I’m told that the current administration has sacked about 10% of the GBA force for crimes or corruption. And I know that street presence of police is up dramatically in my Parque Chacabuco barrio.
Fear of dismissal or jail is a great motivator for a higher standard of ethics in the workplace.
