I'm playing Watch Dogs 2 and made it to the top of the Golden Gate Bridge where I almost had an attack of vertigo, so Imagine what it must have been like to build it.
And here's the official page for the bridge which makes fascinating reading, not least because hundreds of souls have jumped to their deaths over the years.

I didn’t know you’d been In Vietnam
Did two tours of duty in Vietnam, one in 68 and 69 and another one at the end. I was a 67N20 or a Huey Crewchief, the Army needed all the help they could get, trying
to get people out of harms way. Been in Iraq and Afghanistan for too long already, go in do your job and get the hell out, let other countries fight their own wars.

Anyway, back on topic.
Today I was in the bowels of bureaucracy on Marcelo T Alvear, delivering an envelope. It was a strange, silent and deserted experience with empty halls and bored looking employees behind huge oak doors, behind whom were stacked yards high paper files.
What a place to work.
