Go to modelos and you'll get a rolling synoptic weather chart which is very accurate, showing isobars and rain patterns.

I believe a cold front came through Tom.

Generally, cold fronts result from the formation of an area of low pressure in the Pacific off the coast of Chile and as the low tracks across the Andes it brings the colder air from the south, usually preceded by rain and/or thunderstorms. In summer these cold fronts inevitably result in huge thunderstorms as a result of the collision of cold air with the unstable hotter air in the upper atmosphere.
