Need to resize an image before uploading?

If your image is huge, say 1920x1080 and exceeds 3MB, you'll need to resize it.

Windows 10 Power Toys now has a feature for quick and easy image resizing, by right clicking on the image (i.e. on the desktop) and clicking Resize Pictures.

A dialogue box will then appear, allowing you to choose the size you want...

I usually go for 1366x768 which often reduces the weight of the picture to around 300kB without losing quality.

Windows 10 Power Toys is open source and can be downloaded from GitHub.

How to mark all forum notifications as read.

IKID but I can't seem to work out how to mark all notifications as read any more. Is it something that changed with the last forum upgrade?

If you hit the bell icon at the top and then click the tick, that will clear the notifications.

Gotcha! I have to click on my user account icon to reach the bell icon and I must have been missing out on that bit. Thanks!

Things may appear different depending on which device is being used - phone, PC, tablet etc. Not to mention Safari on iPhones.

Doesn't the admin find it strange, probably dangerous to use special characters as usernames?

    Why would that be?

Is there a way to stop certain subjects not to show from my account? There are certain things, like the Argentinian election, that I'm not too bothered about

You should be able to unwatch threads, although I don't know what you mean by 'show from my account'.

How do I unwatch threads? I meant from the front page and notifications etc aka latest threads that I don't want to watch

Latest threads will show for everyone no matter who the member is and no matter what the subject is.

That's the whole point of latest threads.
