I just use the things that comes with Windows 11. It seems to check for bad stuff without me knowing then tells me all's hunky-dory.

I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole mate. Most of these so-called health checkers are simply placebos and usually cause more aggro than anything else. A case in point is the Norton suite which is nearly as deadly as Mc Afee which I nuke if ever I see it.

Microsoft has given Windows 10/11 all the virus protection tools that are required. There is no need to install anything more

A quick search shows that Kudo is a new tool or suite of tools including a system cleaner and monitor. They seem professional and legit in their goals to do this without cost, adware or bloat ware. They write they are targeting enterprises who will pay to have this type of software installed and managed at large scale across many machines, while giving to consumer for free.
It is also OpenSource which means anyone can examine the code and audit. So usually that is a good thing. But it is still too new to trust, without enough independent researchers who have verified. There is no independent news about this product. Though not necessary bad like McFee, norton and others.
You should wait.
