Remember telex?

I remember the teleprinter on Grandstand bringing the football results in live.

Back in the early eighties I used to use the telex in a travel company where I worked. Ver6 much a junior and had to do them myself.

In the mid eighties I moved to a whisky company and I had someone who used to do my telexes.

Then the fax machine arrived....
