    I used to watch MTV and VH1 when we got our first satellite dish back in the 90s, but MTV has now shut down having given itself over to those awful reality TV shows.

    MTV was the soundtrack of my teenage years. To be fair, I haven’t been able to watch it for at least 25 years, so I won’t miss it.

    We stopped having a TV when we moved in together 17 years ago. Torrents first, Netflix next, YouTube and Facebook and instagram videos have been keeping me entertained enough in the past decades.
    Right now, I don’t even subscribe regularly to Netflix as I don’t have much time to watch movies, anyway. And I often find most contents to have too slow a narrative vs. social media videos.
