UNESCO, the cultural agency of the United Nations, has designated Italian cooking and its rituals — the traditional way of growing, preparing and serving — as a par of the world’s “intangible cultural heritage.”

UNESCO described Italian cuisine as a "means of connecting with family and the community, whether at home, in schools, or through festivals, ceremonies and social gatherings".

Must admit I'm not a big lover of it. Last night we had spaghetti with the wife's tomato/onion sauce. I served it up and she said ''why have you given me more than you?''. I replied unlike you I don't have any Italian background in me.

Dessert was strawberries and cream....more my style!!

And I can rebrand ours as “Enter At Your Own Risk.”
