    Online Safety Act

At first we all thought it was to protect children from porn, but it actually goes further than that, much further. Reddit, X, Bluesky and sites that show protests, war coverage and a host of other online material.

What it does is deprive people of an opinion and freedom of speech.

No, the UK’s Online Safety Act Doesn’t Make Children Safer Online
Young people should be able to access information, speak to each other and to the world, play games, and express themselves online without the government…

This discussion is well worth watching. From posts about Richard the Lionheart, Roman generals and police arrests at protests in Leeds being censored, it's staggering what's actually going on right now in the UK.

I have to say that this act goes way beyond protecting children and could be the government's Poll Tax moment.
