When demolishing a neighbouring house in Coghlan, workers found the skeleton of a human buried in the garden no more than 60cms deep. It's though that it's of a young man of around 15 years old, was probably murdered with evidence of intentions to cut up the body.
It could have occurred between 1980-90 and a Casio watch, a Japanese coin and other objects were found with the remains.
Incidentally the house was once rented by a well known musician, Gustavo Cerati, but he isn't under suspicion.
This is going to require some serious detective work.
