Funny you posted this as I've recently been thinking about something similar......the last time I used a public phone box. Do they still even exist?

Yep. I’ve done all of the above, Splinter . And, UK Man, I remember phone booths quite well: in the US, 10 cents got you a call with unlimited minutes, but in the UK (late 70’s), 5 pence got you only 3 minutes, at the end of which there would be a series of rapid beeps to allow you to quickly insert another 5p. Otherwise, you’d get the telephone equivalent of a black screen.

Another thought....do post boxes still exist?
They have British type ones here but they haven't used them in years.

They must in the UK. No idea what they do here as I've never seen a post box apart from the one at the Correo office.
