I will soon be applying for residency as the spouse of an Argentine citizen and would appreciate some clarity on a few points.
How long does the residency application process typically take? I’ve come across conflicting information regarding the financial requirements. Do I need to provide proof that I can support myself financially, or is it sufficient for my husband to sponsor me and demonstrate that he can provide for both of us?
Some sources indicate that financial proof is not necessary for spouses of Argentine citizens, while others suggest it is an important part of the application. I’d be grateful for any up-to-date or firsthand information.
