    If there were no impediments to moving, or any other considerations, where in the world would you want to live? The annual cost of living ranking is out.

    Well I've been to quite a few of the cities in the league table and wouldn't be in any rush to go and stay in any of them. If forced Vancouver and Edinburgh would be my choices.
