I think you're confusing it with the 737 MAX as the 787 Dreamliner has an excellent safety record.

Overloaded maybe? Know bugger all about it though.

But how could an experienced pilot make such a mistake? Besides, the aircraft warning system would surely have sounded, notifying the pilot of the error?
