Great use of the tech!
We've got an 11 hour connection at Frankfurt for our Glasgow flight. So no need to worry about missing that. 
Don’t be too sure! We once had a13-hr wait in Amsterdam for a flight to Athens. We got so comfortable reading our books and sipping wine that we nearly missed the flight — had to grab our carry-ons and sprint!
That's my plan as well without the sprinting to the gate.

Yeah if the weather's decent and the missus isn't carrying kilos of hand luggage we'll go shopping in the city for a few hours....and a couple of beers for me.
