This is not one of those.
We filled the car up last Friday at YPF and noticed they'd put the price up since our last visit a week or two ago. So the price reduction might not be as kosher as it looks.
Well HOW do you expect them to be able to drop the price by 4% if they don’t first raise it by 6-8%?
