Perhaps a few Anacondas would help shrink the Capybaras population?

That's what happens when you urbanise. The fauna has nowhere else to go.

We don't have capybaras here as far as I know but we do have cavies which are commonly seen out in the countryside. They inhabit the drainage ditches at the side of the dirt roads and run across the front of the car as you drive along. I've also seen the odd Armadillo and Opossum however they tend to stay hidden most of the time.

Seen as we're on the subject of wildlife. I snapped this picture of Hornero nests a few weeks ago. I do like horneros as they are very friendly and trusting. Their nests are a work of art.

Lovely little creatures, and their nests are architectural feats.
