If you could stick a Haggis Supper in your bag on the way back , I would be in your debt for a few years....

The EZE customs would be wondering what the heck it is!!! :D

A wee update. We were in the Cardon shop yesterday and bought my brother a very nice leather belt and my new sister in law a classy head/neck scarf. Also bought them a nice mate and bombilla which they'll never use for its purpose but will make a nice ornament from Argentina.

The missus is still on the lookout for a picture frame as she thinks the amount we spent was a bit stingy.

I agree. I’d be looking for a picture frame and probably a bottle of Rosell Boher as well. Thinking of not just the hotel bill they’ll be saving you, but all the time they will be spending on the house, garden, food, etc.

We're planning on taking them out for dinner the nights we are there. I'm not always tight-fisted you know. :D

Dinner is a good way to start out the visit. How many nights will you spend in their home?

3 or 4 nights. Looks a nice room with ensuite facilities so we'll be saving a few quid not having to stay in a hotel.

We fly out on the 13th. Thankfully neither of us are superstitious. ^^

Sounds like a great trip. After 3-4 nights in that lovely room, I’d take them to dinner again, or to a nice brunch or lunch. Are they taking STR reservations from non-relatives as well?
