I note on Flight Aware that yesterdays British Airways flight back via Rio landed in Madrid.
It's a right mess. Poor those who have been affected.
With all the cancellations today , this is likely to cause disruption for days . Assuming they get power back some time today.
I tracked a flight from Dallas that made it all the way to the coast of Newfoundland only to swing around and divert to Washington.
Yes what an absolute mess.
The airport managers are now saying some flights to operate this evening and a full programme tomorrow.
