Beautiful horses!
Not that I know much about them but even after all the years of being here I am constatntly surprised by just how much they love horses here. You see them everywhere whether grazing in fields or tied up at the side of the road eating grass on the verges even in town. I've never seen one that's been neglected.

Useless fact:
I used to ride with gauchos back in the 70s when living on ranches in Sancti Spiritu. We used to take the cattle into town for market, tie up outside the bar, have a few beers and then a huge asado in the cattle market which would last the rest of the day.
Fortunately, the horses knew the way back home...
