I look after my fingernails because there's nothing worse than when they are all dirty, especially after I've been working on the bike. As for feet, I've known Adri spend over an hour on hers, locked away in the bathroom. I often wonder what what she's doing in there, especially if we are going out - I always make sure I've had a shower before her or it could be a long wait.
Anyway, I'm not as careful with my feet as she is, but I do look after them, so the other day she offered to give me a pedicure for the first time in my life. It did take about an hour and I must say that my feet feel more comfortable in my riding boots now, because she did a proper job on them!
