Claro has some 5G coverage and switching it on on a compatible phone carries no extra cost apparently. In fact, Adri's new phone is 5G ready, so I'll give it a go.
Mine isn't, unfortunately - Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

No idea but it's a good few years. I only use it for WhatsApp messaging so it's not as if it's that old.
It gets 4G so might well get 5G when available. I might have to update the software.
