We are promised executive orders and sweeping changes immediately he takes power. Is it all just bluster?

Attention seeking but with some truth in it.

Anyway, it's all doddery Biden's fault for hanging about in the job far too long.

Yes. A term coined by Argentina’s LAST favorite US president, GW Bush.

We all know the real reason for that hat. It was to avoid/fight off that kiss and who could blame her?

Jonathan Pie nails it again and fortunately without the annoying American audience laughing and clapping at his every word.

Isn't "canned laughter" the fake laughing played over the soundtrack? I remember MASH and others of that era had that. Then there are the performed in front of an audience shows, which are recorded with possible multiple takes. The laughing is often prompted, though is still real people laughing or other sounds.

I'm pretty sure it's real laughter, albeit prompted, like performing seals.
