She, of course, was fabulous. But so was the audience! Felt I was there.
Her dressing as Nelson made me remember that I’ve always wanted to ask about the cross-dressing custom in the UK. When someone refers to a “fancy dress ball,” I would have expected they meant men in dinner jackets or tailcoats, women in formal gowns. Yet often they seem to mean cross-dressing in costumes?
