I'm wondering if there would be furnished apartments available with private gyms or close to quieter gyms in Buenos Aires?

    Hello again,

    I arrive next week and plan to get a hotel for the first bit until I tour some areas that I like and hopefully find a place to settle down for a bit. What I'm wondering is if there are any fully furnished apartments with their own gyms or private gyms that are quiet and not busy. I've wanted to focus on rehabilitating some old injuries while I'm there and my health.

    Some buildings have "amenities" which can include a pool, a gym, 'sum' (sala de uso multiple, sort of large room for parties), bbq, sauna etc. The quality and maintenance status of these common area is quite variable.

    Private gyms come in all sizes and shapes... some are large chains (Megathlon) with several locations. The machines are not as modern as abroad. When I went to the gym, it was a lot quieter in the morning. Some people came to exercise before going to work (7 am to 9 am), then it was just retired people and freelancers or people working night shifts). From 5 PM onward it was too busy for my taste.

    corbin , there’s a gym right across the plaza from the apt in Palermo that we rent when in BsAs, and as serafina said, it seems to be rather quiet during much of the business day.

    The place we rent is too big for you, but I’ve seen “for rent” signs on apts in our plaza. So DM me if you want info about the location.
