So how is it in Argentina?

Are court proceedings/sentencing filmed for public consumption?

I seem to recall the missus saying it was or is going to be. Which I thought was strange considering she said the judicial system here is a farce.

Meh...The justice system in the US is a farce, and we've been broadcasting it to the world for years. :th_giggle01:

What don’t you like in the US judicial system @daveholman ?
I assume you refer to the Federal system?

How is it in your State?

I'm more familiar with California than my current state of New Mexico. But...where to start? We have more prisoners (per capita) than China. The whole thing is designed to provide jobs for bad lawyers, bad cops, bad judges and bad probation officers.
Once you enter the system, it is almost impossible to get out. Catch a 6 month sentence for a non-violent drug offense, and you'll spend the next decade being harassed by your Probation officer until he catches you speeding or jaywalking, and you're back in for another 6 months.
And if you're in California, and Kamala Harris is the Attorney General, she'll keep you behind bars past your release date, just so you can keep working for private companies owned by politically connected people for 50 cents an hour. That's slavery, pure and simple
