I have noticed this as well and also hardly any Muslims and/or Indians, although I did see a very tall black man with his white wife on the train yesterday. They also had two lovely little boys in a pram and I don't know why, but my first thought was that they were American. I was right because I overheard them chatting.

Anyway, the black man in this clip is being referred to as a pelotudo by most X commentators.

I wonder if your tall black American was/is a basketball player? There's a very tall white American chap here who stands out a mile when you see him in the streets. When I asked the missus about him she told me he's been here for years and years. He was a professional basketball player and stayed here to coach after his playing days were over.

Why don’t you recruit him to your pipe club, UK Man ?

Splinter , I can see that train travel is already expanding your horizons!

There’s a well-kwown black-British YouTuber who lives north of the city and married with a young son to a local lady.
He did live very close to @Spinter during and post Covid but having seen recent videos of his , his current home is still within the northern area but I’m not sure exactly where.

I’ve seen him firstly in Olivos, secondly downtown on Av Corrientes, and most recently in Chinatown.

    Blackman Da Traveller.

The guys who tend to sell sunglasses I believe are predominantly from Senegal.

Oh! And s huge Mosque near the Hippodromo that’s not there for decoration.
