My husband and I were just last night discussing the subpar insurance plans offered by United Healthcare. Many people have found that their insurance does not cover some very important areas.

I wonder if this could have been a customer who felt screwed, and in the Shoot-First-Ask-Questions-Later atmosphere of the country, someone who had been riled up to feel it’s ok to take revenge, just hauled off and let fly?

Or just another day in the armed-to-the-teeth USA?

Disgruntled health insurance customers tend to get upset when themselves or family have been denied lifesaving service. All those investors who were at the same meeting now wonder if their profits were ethically earned.

That was my first thought. Second one was a disgruntled ex employee. Can't see it being for any other reason.

I would like to think that shareholders give a damn about ethics, but I fear they care only about profits.
