Milei has decided the AFIP will be disbanded.....

No more taxes? Unfortunately no. It will be replaced by another body.

A few senior bodies will be let go and at least 3 thousand middle to senior level execs will be relocated to other jobs.

The government hopes to save $6,400 million pesos.

I’m wondering if there was a need for this drama. Couldn’t he have fired the top guys and appointed responsible ones to those positions without re-inventing the tax collecting body?

It's also about Milei making a statement to shake up the system as he promised he would.

Indeed.....just the tip of the iceberg I imagine. Squeaky bum times lie ahead for many others.
