The bill arrived. Then the fun begins. There’s pesos changing hands at pace, all buried deep in discussion and arbitration. This is in La Biela but I’ve seen exactly the same thing in a small cafe in Belgrano. The bill is paid now and the waiter was quick on his toes away once he got his money.
