I have always wondered who buys banana cases. You need the right length, the right bend... and anyway, why does it have the shape of an ENTIRE banana when you are supposedly going to store just banana leftovers?

Or is it meant to peel and store a whole peeled banana?

Or just to be used as a cover of an unpeeled banana.

I can't really figure out this item! :scratchead:

I’ll have to think about the most useless thing I’ve come across, but until your post, serafina , I’d never heard of a banana case. That may well take the prize.

Do You Talk To Your Gadgets? | Daves Computer Tips
I was prompted to consider this when I realised that our TV remotes have microphones for issuing commands, a feature I haven’t tried yet and probably never…

I have bought this vegetable scrubber at IKEA. It is also good to use as a stress toy since the bristles are very flexible and soft. On one side they are shorter and stronger, on the other side they are long and flexible. From time to time, I also remember to use it to scrub vegetables!

The missus sometimes drags me into the City Shop here which is full of strange Chinese Imported things. Whenever I ask her what they are used for she hasn't a clue either.

No, but I ask my husband to take it out when I need it and he can't understand what I am referring to. A husband is no gadget for the kitchen! :th_giggle01:
