    Out enjoying the decent weather.

Was stuck in the capital yesterday doing some routine medical stuff.

A rash on the back of my hand which is a mild form of dermatitis

And as I was at the hospital I went to get my throat checked. as I have had a niggly cough for almost a week. But the doctor told me to give it another week , there was nothing strange in my throat when he looked at it.

There's been a lot of bronchial bugs going about here recently. I was at the doc the other week to get a couple of moles on my face checked out. He assured me they were just ageing moles and genetic so nowt to worry about. He gave me some cream to put on my face twice a day and to wear a hat when out in the sun.

We arrived in the UK on Thursday after a couple of hectic days in Madrid and are just now settling down at my daughter's house, enjoying family life.

I can't believe how much we've crammed into the last few days and boy, was I glad to get off that crowded 737 at Gatwick!

I'll post an update later but in the meantime, please post away!
