I am looking for contact details of a good immigration lawyer in Argentina that deals with complex cases (non-eu non-us/canada citizens) to apply for a tourist visa in order to form a company and apply for the residency in Argentina.

Not sure we'll be much help to you as most of us living here have obtained our residency through marrying Argentinians. That makes the whole process more straightforward. Here's hoping someone can help you out though.
I am not a lawyer so my advice is worth absolutely nothing.
If your nationality means that you have to apply to Argentina for a tourist visa, one of the declarations you will have to make in the application is an affidavit that you are coming to Argentina solely for touristic purposes. If you come on a tourist visa and then immediately try to do something different that looks like a sign of bad faith to me and I find it hard to believe that's a recommended route to residency by business investment. Yes, you really need to talk to a lawyer before you do anything.
Have you approached the Argentine consulate in the county where you hold your citizenship?
