I’m pleased to see the outcome although I have no knowledge what a life sentence means in Argentina as opposed to England and Wales where a life sentence doesn’t mean much at all.
I really dont know.
I reckon if he is a poor immigrant he won't be able to afford a lawyer to negotiate remission and parole on his behalf

It was indeed a terrible crime, starting with the robbers’ selection of victims at the arrivals area of EZE, and following their combo into Purrto Madero. The premeditated, cold hearted nature of the crime was especially chilling. What traveler couldn’t imagine being a victim selected at the airport and stalked to the hotel?

I wonder what it was that made him choose who to target as a victim? Was he tipped off who to follow by any chance?

There was much speculation at the time (destination of the posh Farna Hotel? Expensive luggage? Wearing flashy watch?), but I don’t remember if an answer ever came out in the trial.
We probably had a discussion on this forum.
