The conspiracy theories have already started, but I'm not going down that rabbit hole.
However, apart from the fact that the Secret Service appears to have screwed up, why was the SS sniper apparently scoping out the shooter, but didn't fire on him until the shots were fired?
Further, there's an eyewitness who talks to a BBC reporter, claiming that he reported sighting the shooter on a roof to police, but he wasn't heeded apparently, or the police were confused.
