    Hi everyone!

So I've been living in Buenos Aires for a few years now, working as an English teacher.

These days I have a lot of free time, so I decided to make and sell granola. I've tweaked this recipe many times until I reached a result that I'm quite happy with.

I'm pretty big into the health scene, and me and my girlfriend try to eat organic products (or "agroecologico") whenever we can.

So based on this, I present my Honey granola:

The base is made with organic oats (brand: Salve la Tierra), organic honey (a local producer from cañuelas), and organic cold-pressed sunflower seed oil (brand: Naturaleza Viva)

After this, I use real vanilla extract (brand: El Castillo), a touch of cinnamon, and a touch of Himalayan salt.

This is the base of the granola, after that I add the nuts/dried fruit that you want.

If you're interested or want more info, you can send me a message and I'll give you my Whatsapp.

Thanks and have a great day!

It looks delicious, mikec , and I hope you are successful. I’d like to buy some when we return to BsAs.

Are you going to be a member of this forum? I hope so, as I’d like to hear from you on multiple topics that would be of interest to an English teacher.

Welcome from another gringo, mikec . We are outnumbered by Brits on this forum, but they go out of their way to be kind to norteamericanos.

I hope you do find yourself actively posting.

I live in the west (Ramos Mejia) but I always go to Capital to visit my brother and make deliveries. So either place works

The granola sounds ideal for healthy breakfast and snacks. Thanks for sharing your process and the origin of your raw ingredients. Welcome to the forum!
