I think Southgate is a nice and earnest guy. But probably England need a new manager with a more positive approach because the team is young and talented.

I just hope that we have a better manager for the WC. Even though he has no managerial experience at club level, this is what England fans are failing to see, he's doing well though, but not good enough to win trophies
